The gel foam boasts cooling properties that reduce the sleep surface temperature by 1 or 2 degrees, wicking heat away from your pet to help keep them cool. Easy to clean. Cover care: Remove from core before washing (see seam label for fabric care instructions). Foam care: Cooling gel foam is highly absorbent. Spot clean with mild soap or enzyme-based cleaning spray. Rinse but DO NOT SOAK OR SUBMERGE. Press out moisture with a dry towel and air dry. A fan may be used to speed drying. Do not wring or place in machine dryer. Dry completely before use. Not for unsupervised use by animals with chewing behaviors.

Damages

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Home Décor items have 14-day return window. Clearance, Last Chance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
